Tony’s Take: Up for auction at RM Sotheby’s in Arizona: a 1994 Ferrari F512 M. It’s the ultimate iteration of the iconic Testarossa line and the final Ferrari model to feature a flat-12 engine. This car’s finished in the rare and stunning Canna di Fucile Metallizzato (gunmetal gray) over Beige/Castoro is the 16th of only 75 produced for the US market – one of only two known examples in this color scheme.

With fewer than 14,150 miles on the odometer and a major engine service at Lake Forest Sports Cars in December 2022, this F512 M is in excellent condition and is sure to be a 512 M to watch at the auction.

The F512 M boasts numerous internal engine upgrades, including titanium connecting rods and increased compression, which boosts its power to 440 horsepower. It also features a new stainless exhaust, updated suspension, and a Bosch anti-lock braking system for improved handling and performance.

The car’s exterior is enhanced by unique tail lights, three-piece alloy wheels by Speedline, and a revised front fascia that combines the striking lines of the F40 and 512 BB/LM. The interior has been updated with a new steering wheel, adjustable aluminum pedals, a more powerful air-conditioning system, and revised cabin trim.

This is a rare opportunity to own a highly sought-after and collectible Ferrari. Auction estimates put its value at $625k to $700k, but with its unique color combination and low mileage, we believe it could potentially sell for even more – possibly as much as $825k to $940k.

Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of Ferrari history and be a part of moving the needle for the 512 M model.
