Tony’s Take: 👍👍👍 This “Blu Mirabeau” over tan 575M Superamerica F1 is a serious babe. With Daytona-style seats, a complete service history and low production (599 worldwide), the 12-cylinder 575M drop top sings a siren song to serious collectors. ‘Nuff said?

Downside: The Revocromico roof – the world’s first rotating carbon fiber hardtop – is a nightmare. In this example, the glass-darkening function isn’t working. New glass runs $80k to $180k. A complete roof replacement costs around $125k (plus the glass) and that’s no guarantee of perfection. Meanwhile, the F1 gearbox suffers from constant electronic and electrical problems. (An EAG USA gated-six manual conversion will soon be available for $35k.)

  1. Only 17 gated 6-speed manuals in US. I was told by a Ferrari dealer that a 575 SuperAmerica with gated manual recently was sold for $1M+ in Miami. I am the original owner of S# 575, red/tan with manual transmission, recently Classiche Certificazione, so I’m particularly interested for insurance valuation purposes. Can you confirm that sale amount? Thanks.
