Tony’s Take: 👎 The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 (known as the Daytona in its two-seater form) is the poor man’s Ferrari. For a long time, the five-speed, four-seat V12 365 GTC/4 was a $70k dollar car. Post-pandemic, good examples are hammering for $250k. Credit low production numbers and the Daytona’s halo effect – created by privateers’ racing success at the 24hrs. of LeMans and the Corvette-based repro’s star turn on Miami Vice (which met a grisly end). Greenbacks will chase the green car, whose color sets it apart from more common red, silver and black models. Downside: the back seats kill the fun money and this one lacks Borrani wheels.
