RM Sotheby’s tacked-on $100k to the winning Lambo bid, about 10 percent. That’s not including the 10 percent they charged the seller. A reputable broker charges five grand or five percent to one side of a private sale. That’s a lot of money that stays in your pocket. That’s how I roll. Just sayin’ . . .
